What is the Ladies Clinic?

The Coach V's 212º Ladies Clinic is our signature annual fundraiser supporting grants to local Oklahoma nonprofit organizations.

This day long event begins with doors opening for check-in at 8 a.m. and event kick off at 9:00 a.m. (start time is subject to change). All registrants will receive a Ladies Football Clinic t-shirt and boxed lunch. Participants will be able to explore the Barry Switzer Center, hear directly from Head Coach Brent Venables and his wife Julie, and learn from other coaches, get an up-close look at how the program recruits and hear from all the change-makers who are leading the OU Football program into the Venables Era. The event includes a local vendor pop-up shop market with 20 vendors, live auction, and more. The formal program will conclude at 4:30 p.m., leaving plenty of time to shop and explore the Palace. Leave the guys at home to be a part of OU Football history by joining the women of Sooner Nation for the Coach V 212º Foundation Ladies Football Clinic. A more detailed itinerary will be emailed to registrants once we get closer to the date of the clinic.

Ladies Clinic FAQs

1. “How/when will I receive my ticket(s) once I’ve completed registration online?” There are no tickets for the event. Your name is your “ticket” - each attendee will have a name tag to pickup at checkin on the day of the clinic and that name tag will serve as your “ticket” for the day.

2. “If I can no longer attend, can I give/sell my ticket(s) to someone else?” Yes, you just need to email info@212.foundation with the new attendee’s information so that we can update those registrations accordingly.  Please note that 212 Foundation is not responsible for finding a replacement for you and you are not guaranteed to receive a refund if you are unable to find someone to take over your registration.

3. “If I want to bring a purse/bag, does it have to be a clear bag?” Yes, please bring a clear bag for your personal items and shopping!

4. “Can I bring items to get autographed by players and coaches?” Yes, each attendee is permitted to bring ONE item to be autographed by coaches and players they meet.

5. “Will there be seating available or other accommodations for attendees that require wheelchairs?” Yes! If you need special accommodations (e.g. wheelchair access), please email info@212.foundation.

6. “Is participation in drills required or voluntary?” Participation in any drill is voluntary and NOT required.

7. “I can’t find my receipt/confirmation email and I’ve sent an email to 212 Foundation, but haven’t gotten a response yet.” Please double check your spam/junk folder first, especially if you have Yahoo or Gmail accounts.  Our emails can end up there sometimes.  If you still can’t find anything, please email info@212.foundation with the subject line “Can’t Find Ladies Clinic Receipt” and we will get back to you asap.
